About Brandon
Brandon is a professional leadership coach and facilitator based in Seoul, South Korea. As he is a native speaker of Korean and fluent in English, he conducts coaching and workshops both in Korea and English.
He has 23 years of experience in leading teams, and managing projects, sales and business. He is currently working with tens of multinational companies from North America, Europe and the APAC region to develop diverse leadership areas for their managers, leaders, directors, and executives. So far he has coached 1900+ hours with more than 500 managers, leaders and executives over 6 years. His cocaching engagement programs vary from 3 months to 1 year.
Brandon started his career as an engineer in 2001, after that he managed technical sales, project management, sales and marketing. In the end, he became the head of Korea business at a Singaporean company in Korea. Now he provides a leadership coaching and facilitation programs not only to multinational companies but Korean companies from IT, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Platform, Consulting, Luxury Retail, Commoditie, Phamacetucial, Service, Oil & Gas industries etc. The topics he deals with are performance management, strategy, upper communication, motivation, coaching conversation model, Business Canvas, Strategy MAP, OKR, BSC, Design Thinking, situational leadership, iceberg value, hot button with the Amygdala, growth feedback, circle of influence, empowerment, stakeholder power/interest metrix, managing under-performers, strategy, presentation, stress management, conflict management, career development, imposter syndrome and narrisistic personality etc.
