About Lyne
I am a PCC certified professional coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and ICF Québec. I am also a trainer in management coaching and leadership.
Creative and perfectly bilingual, I provide coaching support to managers and executive leaders. I open the doors to possibilities to help individuals, teams, and businesses shine. By promoting an action-oriented approach, my clients achieve their goals more efficiently while staying true to themselves.
With over thirty years of experience in innovative and inspiring companies, I understand the reality and challenges of constantly reinventing environments. My coaching support stimulates professional and personal growth as well as a sense of accomplishment.
I incorporate my passion for nature into my coaching sessions. When conditions allow, I invite my clients to meet outdoors, in nature. This approach fosters creativity and provides a new perspective on possibilities that we might not see in front of our screens.
Fun facts: I enjoy multi-day hiking, alpine skiing, snow shooing and gardening. I did my first ultra-marathon at 50 and training for the next one!
