About Carles
Carles has more than 15 years of experience in leadership and organizational development and a previous professional background in export and international business expansion that brought him to live and work abroad.
As a PCC-ICF certified coach, he has guided executive development processes in numerous large organizations and highly innovative start-ups and SMEs worldwide. His clients include prestigious international organizations and companies.
Fascinated by the way the mind and the brain work and the link between the individual and the team, Carles balances his academic degree in social and political sciences, his extensive business development experience, and his qualifications in coaching and change management to pioneer new ways of understanding leadership and collective development. His motto: “The change you want to see outside, starts inside.”
A firm believer in the importance of critical and analytical thinking to create fact-based narratives within organizations and for oneself, Carles has cultivated a rich toolkit that he offers to his clients to get their expected outcomes. This toolkit includes mindfulness, relationship and team coaching, systems constellations, brainspotting, NLP, agile frameworks, and Red Team Thinking.
