Daniela Dragomir is an executive leadership coach with 20 years of business and coaching experience spanning healthcare, technology, finance, and entertainment. She began her career at Ernst & Young and PwC, advising senior leaders on
organizational effectiveness and managing multimillion-dollar client projects.
After a bold career shift into acting, Daniela gained a unique perspective on presence, influence, and authentic communication—skills she now helps Directors and VPs bring to their leadership.
An ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Professional Coach, and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), Daniela blends analytical rigor with empathy and directness, guiding leaders to navigate challenges with clarity, confidence, and impact.
Passionate about creative expression, travel, and lifelong learning, Daniela brings curiosity, humor, and energy into every engagement. She has lived in Romania, Canada, and the United States, and for the past two decades has made her home near Manhattan—a childhood dream that continues to inspire her. She loves exploring the world through culture and cuisine, sketching and drawing in her free time, and one day dreams of retiring to a small village in the Romanian mountains. Daniela is also the proud mother of a spirited 12-year-old daughter and the owner of an irresistibly cute puppy who keeps life joyful and playful.
