About Maureen

I bring to our relationship 40 years of management and leadership experience, as a leader, practitioner, and scholar. I am different from other coaches because I have successfully navigated in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. I understand the foundational knowledge of human interaction within the complicated context of the workplace.

I believe that each person has potential that can be unleashed. Socialized barriers, stories we’ve told ourselves, and ingrained perceptions, limit this potential. My strategy is to collaborate closely with my client to help him or her systematically eliminate unseen limiting thoughts. I am committed to the confidential and collaborative journey with my client to lift barriers and to help my client rewrite the stories so potential can be released.

I am a credentialed Results Trained Coach (RTC); I hold a certificate in Brain-Based Coaching through the NeuroLeadership Institute. I hold an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential at the PCC level. I am a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach and hold the credential of CPQC.
