About Ashima
I help individual contributors, middle management, and senior executives discover and achieve what is most important for them and their organizations in terms of increasing their leadership Influence, leading teams and increasing visibility with stakeholders. With 3500+ hours of coaching experience across different industries and hierarchies, coupled with my own experience in senior leadership roles, positions me well to understand and support you on your journey. I have worked as a Partner and Associate Attorney with corporates and delivered excellent results under high pressure and on short deadlines while leading and developing high performing teams. I am an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with 25+ years of corporate experience in the solicitation and coaching space. I am also a Marshall Goldsmith certified global leadership assessment professional, a certified Organizational Development coach, certified Conscious business leadership coach and Hogan Coach. When I am not coaching, I love to read books on personal growth and life, try my hand at new recipes for my family and hit the gym for strength training.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that we all have the power to create what we secretly desire and become a better version of ourselves. My goal as a coach is to help my clients gain clear direction, uncover blind spots, find solutions that align with their values and purpose, leverage strengths to maximize their performance, and get closer to their ideal selves through transformational change so that they achieve their desired goals and outcomes with ease. My approach is an amalgamation of eastern spiritual and western evidence-based coaching. It emphasizes conscious leadership, systemic thinking, “being” versus “doing,” and the application of the newest findings in coaching and neuroscience to the field of organizational and individual development.
