About Robert
I’m a Certified Coach, Leadership Advisor, and instructor. I operate as a cultural change agent and diversity and inclusion subject matter expert, directly supporting a military unit of more than one thousand members. Additionally, I served as the functional expert to over 90 peers supporting an organization of 106,000 members. I’m responsible for overseeing initiatives to enhance the development of personnel, specifically to break the status quo of organizational leadership resulting in unbiased opportunities for all members. I use my education and experience to help connect what matters most.
When you are looking for a Coach you are looking for perspective. I base coaching perspective on my education and experience as an approach to life. The works and research of Dale Carnegie resonate with me in how we should interact with each other. What’s another way of looking at it? This is the question we usually forget in all situations. Tunnel vision on the problem prevents us from seeing the bigger truth or the best option. When you always choose that which aligns with your values the outcome is always a success. In Coaching, the client is the one walking the path, the coach is only a lantern when the way is dark.

Robert's Style
As a coach, I ask appropriate questions to identify the disempowering belief or trigger keeping clients from reaching their next level of performance. Helping the client see what’s clouding their vision, hidden in their daily routine, or limiting their potential is key to reaching their desired outcome. My desire to assist others is based on empathy and perspective. Wherever I can I like to find humor. Being stuck in the moment feels serious, but you are not alone. There are untapped resources and tools, and capabilities inside each of us that just need identified. I engage with a casual and direct coaching style that bridges possibilities with present situations. I lean on analogies and relations to link ideas to outcomes.
