About Jayne
Jayne Paquin, MA, PCC, CEC
Jayne is a passionate Certified Executive Coach (CEC) who empowers leaders to identify and develop strengths and discover insights that inspire purpose and action. As a thinking partner, Jayne supports leaders to be more effective and create focus and clarity. She works with leaders to explore challenges and opportunities and establish what is most important. By identifying what consumes and fuels energy, she helps leaders to determine how to achieve goals and optimize personal and professional potential.
Jayne holds a Master’s degree in Executive and Organizational Coaching from Royal Roads University, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is a strategic human resources leader with over 25 years of diverse experience in all aspects of human resources. As a former Human Resources executive, Jayne’s career includes over 15 years leading a values-based credit union culture with consistently strong employee engagement scores, in addition to HR leadership roles in Consulting and at Sobeys Inc. Jayne is an Associate Faculty member of Royal Roads University and eLeadership Academy, as well as a volunteer coaching faculty member for the Rotary District 7090 Centre for Coaching. She enjoys hiking, golfing and traveling.
