Some of the most important shifts in an organization start with a single conversation. Our workshops create those conversations, and our series sustain them. Whether your team needs a focused half-day on one critical topic or a multi-session arc that builds something lasting, this is where it starts.
Individual Workshops
Each of these workshops is a complete, standalone experience. They are designed for leadership teams but several can be adapted for frontline staff. All workshops are available as half-day or full-day sessions, delivered in person, virtually, or hybrid. Every session is customized to your organization, your people, and what is actually happening in your culture right now.
All workshops can be customized to your organization’s specific context, challenges, and goals. Not sure which one is right for your team? Let’s talk.
Leadership & Personal Development Workshops

Elevate Your Leadership Energy
What if you could understand exactly how you show up as a leader and intentionally shift it? Energy Leadership maps out seven distinct levels of leadership, exploring the strengths and limitations of each. This workshop optionally includes a pre-assessment so participants get a personalized look at their own leadership levels in both typical and high-stress situations, giving them a powerful framework for leading more effectively in any circumstance. Highly recommended by the Forbes Coaches Council, the Energy Leadership Index Assessment is a game-changer for executives and emerging leaders alike.

Develop Your Emotional Intelligence
Research tells us that 95% of people believe they are self-aware, but only about 15% actually are. Emotional intelligence is the difference between knowing that and doing something about it. In this workshop, participants explore the four pillars of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and social management. Through honest reflection and practical tools, participants leave with a stronger understanding of themselves, a clearer picture of how they show up in their relationships at work, and new strategies for communicating in ways that build genuine trust.

Lead Across Generations
For the first time in history, many workplaces have five generations working side by side. Each brings different values, communication styles, motivators, and expectations about work, and those differences create both friction and opportunity. This workshop builds a deeper understanding of what makes each generation tick and how leaders can use those differences as an asset rather than a source of conflict. Participants leave with practical strategies for communicating more effectively across generational lines, building trust with people who see the world differently, and creating a workplace where every generation can do their best work.

Build Psychological Safety & Trust
When people feel safe at work, everything improves. Engagement, productivity, happiness, retention, and the way your organization is talked about in the world all get better. Psychological safety does not happen by accident. It is built intentionally. This workshop explores the key elements that create a safe and trusting work environment, including transparency, authenticity, consistency, and clear expectations. Participants walk away with a clearer picture of how safety is currently showing up in their workplace and what changes will make the biggest difference.

Expand Empathy & Self-Compassion
Empathy is one of the most important leadership skills of our time, and self-compassion is what makes it sustainable. In this workshop, participants take an honest look at their current levels of both and explore the three distinct forms of empathy and when each one is most effective. We examine why self-compassion matters for leaders and how it shapes the health of every relationship in the workplace. Participants leave with practical, immediately applicable strategies for leading with more warmth, awareness, and resilience.

Cultivate Resilience That Lasts
Resilience is not about pushing through. It is about being able to recover, adapt, and keep showing up well. Research consistently links resilience with higher job satisfaction, stronger engagement, greater happiness at work, and lower turnover. In this workshop, participants explore why resilience matters for both leaders and teams, assess their own professional resilience across four key dimensions, and identify practical ways to strengthen it. The result is a workforce that handles stress better, supports each other more effectively, and stays in it for the long haul.

Strengthen Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
Great teams do not just react to problems. They know how to work through them. This workshop introduces a structured seven-step framework that guides teams from clearly defining a problem all the way through measuring the results of their solution. Using practical tools including the 5 Whys technique, an impact-versus-effort matrix, and an evaluation scorecard, participants build the skills and confidence to tackle real organizational challenges systematically, collaboratively, and effectively.
Communication

Communicate at Every Level
Everything in your organization runs on communication, and most of us were never formally taught how to do it well. In this workshop, participants learn the seven levels of effective communication and how to apply them across a wide range of situations. We explore three distinct types of listening, examine best practices for verbal, nonverbal, and written expression, and give every participant an actionable plan for strengthening both their personal and professional communication styles.

Navigate Difficult Conversations
The conversations we avoid are usually the ones that matter most. This workshop helps participants stop dreading difficult conversations and start approaching them with confidence and skill. We explore what goes into a successful conversation, including preparation, timing, empathy, framing, and context. Participants leave with a deeper understanding of themselves and a concrete plan for handling tough conversations more effectively.

Master Professional Communication
Every workplace has its share of gossip, rumors, venting, and legitimate concerns, and knowing how to respond to each one makes all the difference. This workshop gives participants practical tools for identifying these four common types of workplace communication and applying the right response strategy in each situation. Participants practice through real-world scenarios and learn to move past surface-level reactions to find what is really going on and guide conversations toward resolution.

Create a Culture of Feedback
Feedback is one of the most powerful tools an organization has, and one of the most underused. This workshop gives participants the skills and mindset needed to engage in high-quality feedback conversations consistently and confidently. Drawing on specific frameworks for both giving and receiving feedback, participants learn what great feedback actually looks like, practice giving and receiving it in real time, and leave with clear goals and actions for strengthening the feedback culture in their organization.

Inclusion & Belonging

Deepen Your LGBTQ+ Awareness & Confidence
Many leaders genuinely want to be inclusive but are not always sure where to start or what they do not yet know. This workshop creates a welcoming, judgment-free space to build a broader understanding of the LGBTQ+ community, including terminology, pronoun usage, gender identity, and gender expression. Regardless of where participants are starting from, everyone leaves with greater confidence, clearer language, and a more inclusive presence with both employees and clients.

Explore Social Identities & Implicit Bias
We all move through the world shaped by identities we did not choose, including generation, race, gender, nationality, and more. These identities influence our values, our assumptions, the stories we tell, and the decisions we make, often without us realizing it. This workshop invites participants to take an honest and thoughtful look at their own social identities and explore how those identities show up at the individual and organizational level. We explore the nature of mental schemas and how they create implicit bias in all of us. The conversations that emerge from this workshop are some of the most meaningful and lasting that teams experience together.

Recognize & Respond to Microaggressions
Microaggressions are the small statements or questions that are not necessarily intended to cause harm but can cause real and lasting harm. This workshop explores what microaggressions are, how they land, and why intent does not determine impact. We also examine triggers: what they are, how they happen, and what to do when you or someone you are communicating with gets triggered. Participants leave with better language, better awareness, and better tools for navigating these moments in both directions.

Explore Coming Out, Belonging & Psychological Safety
Coming out is not a single moment. It is an ongoing, deeply personal process that looks different for every person and every context. This session explores what coming out really means, how social identities and power dynamics influence when, how, and whether someone chooses to share their identity, and what that experience actually feels like from the inside. Participants examine the language and behaviors that create environments where people feel safe enough to be fully themselves, and leave with a clearer understanding of what belonging requires of the people and organizations around them.
Available as a keynote or workshop session. Particularly well suited for ERGs, leadership teams, and organizational events focused on LGBTQ+ inclusion.
Series: Sustained Learning for Leadership Teams
A workshop plants a seed. A series grows something. Our series are designed for organizations that want to move beyond a single session and build a shared language, a common framework, and real momentum across a leadership team or with the entire staff.
Each of the series listed below runs five half-day sessions, delivered at a cadence that works for your organization. All three are designed for leadership teams and two can be adapted for frontline staff.
None of these fit? We can build a custom series that meets your exact goals.

Leadership Effectiveness Series
A five-session arc that builds the skills and self-awareness leaders need to lead with clarity, create trust, and bring out the best in their teams.
Who is this for? Leadership Teams
Included: Energy Leadership Assessment
Most leadership teams are full of capable, well-intentioned people who have never had the chance to develop together. They have each picked up skills along the way, some through experience, some through trial and error, but they have never built a shared language for how they lead, communicate, and hold each other accountable. This series changes that. Over five sessions, your leadership team will develop a common foundation: understanding their own energy and how it shapes the people around them, strengthening emotional intelligence, navigating difficult conversations with skill instead of dread, giving and receiving feedback in ways that actually land, and building the kind of psychological safety that makes everything else possible. By the end, you will not just have better individual leaders. You will have a team that leads together.

Communication & Culture Series
A five-session series that gives teams a shared language, practical tools, and real skills for communicating more clearly, more honestly, and more effectively at every level.
Who is this for? Leadership Teams & Front Line Staff
Communication problems are rarely about words. They are about assumptions, avoidance, unspoken expectations, and the habits teams develop over time that make real conversation harder than it needs to be. This series goes beneath the surface. We start with the fundamentals of how communication actually works and where it breaks down, and build from there: navigating the gossip, venting, and rumors that exist in every workplace; having the difficult conversations that matter most; building a feedback culture where honesty is normal rather than scary; and developing the problem-solving skills that help teams move from stuck to forward. Practical, immediately applicable, and designed around the real communication challenges your team is already facing. Designed for leadership teams and fully adaptable for frontline staff.

Inclusion & Belonging Series
A five-session series that moves organizations from awareness to understanding, building the knowledge, language, and shared commitment that inclusive cultures require.
Who is this for? Leadership Teams & Front Line Staff
Talking about diversity, equity, and inclusion can feel uncomfortable, especially in organizations where people genuinely care but are not sure where to start or what they do not yet know. This series creates a safe, honest, and productive space to do that work together. Starting with the identities and experiences we all bring to work, we move through bias, privilege, microaggressions, and LGBTQ+ awareness in a way that is grounded, accessible, and free of judgment. Each session builds on the last, so by the end participants do not just have more knowledge. They have a shared language, a deeper understanding of the people around them, and a clearer sense of what it means to actively create belonging rather than simply avoid harm. Designed for leadership teams and fully adaptable for frontline staff.
